L&S Middleton began with Len and Sylvia Middleton, who opened their first fish and chip shop in Darlaston back in 1960. What started as a small, family-run business has grown into one of the Midlands’ leading suppliers to the trade, built on the same values of hard work, integrity, and service that Len and Sylvia instilled from day one.
Today, those values still run through everything we do. From our friendly team and extensive product range to our hands-on service and reliable delivery, we continue to serve the catering and takeaway industry with the same dedication that started it all.

Leonard and Sylvia Middleton opened their first fish & chip shop in Darlaston.
Our first Cash & Carry opened at Cramp Hill, supporting the growing trade.
Moved to a larger 3-acre site to offer frozen goods and expanded services.
Relocated to a main road site, establishing the group's new headquarters.
Introduced temperature-controlled vehicles to enhance delivery service efficiency.
Broadened our offering to include packaging, drinks, sauces and cleaning supplies.
Expanded to cater for restaurants, pubs, cafés, mobile units and event caterers.
Investing in new offices and infrastructure to support continued growth.
